EQ-i 2.0® Certification Training (16 CLASSROOM HOURS/ 2 DAYS VIRTUAL OR IN-PERSON)

MHS (Multi-Health Systems) opines that Emotional Intelligence (EI) is a set of emotional and social skills that influence the way we perceive and express ourselves, develop and maintain social relationships, cope with challenges and use emotional information in an effective and meaningful way.

The emotional intelligence program at Anchor Global Management Consulting aims to help you effectively use your emotions and enhance your ability to handle stress and conflicts in the workplace. We utilize the Emotional Quotient Inventory EQ-i 2.0®, published by MHS (Multi-Health Systems), to assess and measure your level of social and emotional functionality.

Participants in our program experience a range of benefits and achieve significantly improved outcomes after completing the training, including:

  • Increased optimism, social responsibility, empathy, and assertiveness
  • Understand the role of Emotional Intelligence in effective leadership
  • Openness, enhanced trust, leveraging skills into every move and decision
  • Ability to read both verbal and non-verbal cues in communication

The EQ-i 2.0® has been validated across various ages, genders, and ethnicities, demonstrating strong reliability based on statistical analysis.

Before the certification training, participants must complete a pre-work EQ-i 2.0 self-assessment. We will score the assessment and provide you with a report during the training session.

After the training, participants will receive a one-hour coaching debrief regarding their report.Additionally, participants will be awarded the EQ-i 2.0 certification in emotional intelligence.

The EQ-360 Assessment

Even experienced executives can have blind spots when it comes to their emotional intelligence (EI), often without realizing it. These blind spots, however, are usually noticeable to others within the organization. The EQ-360 assessment complements the EQ-i2.0 and is designed to evaluate how effectively a leader applies emotional intelligence. It provides a comprehensive “360-degree” view of an individual’s social and emotional functioning. This multi-rated assessment gathers feedback from peers, managers, direct reports, and subordinates who work closely with the executive, offering valuable insights into their strengths and areas for improvement.

The EQ-360 report provides a comprehensive overview of employee development. Coaching aims to enhance the weaknesses of the executive while also harnessing the strengths identified in the assessment results. EQ-360 serves as an excellent tool for development, coaching, team building, and recruitment.

Administration of EQ-360®

We administer the EQ-360® workplace assessment to your group and interpret the results in a confidential setting with the executive or leader. The scores are both consistent and reliable, because they based on the EQ-i2.0 self-report.

EQ-Leadership Report

The EQ Leadership Report serves as an excellent building block for enhancing specific skills and developing your leadership potential. The report is a component of the emotional quotient EQ-i2.0 assessment, which compares an individual’s results to those of top-performing leaders.

We provide a debrief of the EQ-i 2.0 Leadership self-assessment, focusing on four key dimensions of high-performance leadership: Authenticity, Coaching, Insight, and Innovation.

A coaching session lasting 1.75 hours focuses on identifying areas where the leader excels, while also prioritizing opportunities for growth and development. We explore topics such as Reality Testing and the impact of the leader’s emotions on themselves and others. The EQ Leadership Report is ideal for executives who wish to gain insights into their social and emotional functioning. Gaining insights will help the executive to strengthen essential leadership skills such as risk-taking, mentoring, job satisfaction, communication, conflict resolution, and adopting a transformational leadership approach.

The fee for the EQ Leadership Report is $ 875.00.
