Our training focuses on managing former Co-workers—those who were once your peers. The course typically lasts for two (2) days, during which we examine strategies to become effective leaders. It is essential for managers who are transitioning within the organization or who are new to their roles. The course is also crucial for current supervisors who are having difficulty maintaining a productive workforce. In the training, we explore challenging scenarios in the workplace based on research to empower managers to lead more effectively, increase visibility, and confidently engage in difficult conversations that can reduce attrition. Participants will earn a guaranteed two credit hours for post-training consultation and support.
