Dr. Tambei Chiawah is currently the managing partner of Family and Friends Healthcare Inc., located in Upper Marlboro, Maryland. Before his employment with Family and Friends Healthcare Inc., Dr. Chiawah worked extensively in the public and private sector. He began his professional career in 2005 as an auditor with Grant Thornton LLP in Baltimore, Maryland, Key & Associates, P.C., in Silver Spring, Maryland, and Regis & Associates, P.C. in Washington DC. While at Regis and Associate P.C., Tambei provided Accounting and Advisory services to multiple federal and local government agencies such as; The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), Office of the Chief Financial officer (OCFO) D.C. Government, and the International Broadcasting Bureau (Voice of America).
Dr. Chiawah served on the Staff Agency Transition Team for County Executive Rushern Baker in Prince George’s County, Maryland. He subsequently provided contracting services to the Prince George’s County Office of Community Relations. He later joined the Office of Information Technology (OIT) as a senior Business Analyst where he planned, prioritized, and tracked work aligned to business objectives. Dr. Chiawah later went to work for the District Department of Transportation (DDOT) as a Management Analyst, specializing in developing standard operating procedures and statistical reports for the senior leadership team.
Tambei is a graduate of Bowie State University, a historically black college or university (HBCU). He received his Ph.D. in Leadership and Organizational Change Management from Walden University in 2019. His research and consultancy interests are Improving organizational productivity using Enterprise Resource Planning systems, Organizational Change, Leadership Development, Conflict Management, and Resolution. Dr. Chiawah holds certificates in conflict management and resolution from Compliance Training Group and Cornell University. He also holds practicing Change Management certificates from Prosci and SAFe Scrum Master (5.0) from Scaled Agile. Inc.
Dr. Chiawah is a member of the Brandywine Lions Club and Charities Foundation. He participates in a variety of non-profit organizations and serves on various such boards. He lives with his wife Marie in Maryland and three children: Emmanuelle, Lucille, and John.

Dr. Thomas McCarty is a Grant writing consultant with Anchor Global Management Consulting LLC. Tom (as he much prefers to be known!) brings to the company many, many years’ experience in serving nonprofit organizations as a staff member, consultant, and independent contractor. His long and successful career encompasses 17 capital campaigns, solicitation of 6- and 7-figure major and planned gifts, grants ranging as high as $3.5 million, and a total of over $60 million raised personally.
Tom began his career as a college professor of Classics for institutions of higher education in Vermont, Ohio, and North Carolina. He is a graduate of Oberlin College, with advanced degrees from Yale University (M.A.T.) and The University of Michigan (Ph.D.) Tom also holds current CFRE accreditation (Certified Fund-Raising Executive) from CFRE International. Personally, Tom is married to the former Marilyn King. They have two grown sons, Gordon and Glenn, and live in Central Virginia with their three cats. When not involved in financial development, Tom is a professional trumpet player, a reader of historical fiction, and an avid long-distance swimmer.

Mr. Mark Paris is a Grant writing consultant with Anchor Global Management Consulting, LLC. Mark is a lifelong Floridian, born and raised in Miami. Accidentally triple majoring in college, Mark has Bachelor’s Degrees in English, Literature, History, and Political Science.
Mark began his professional working life while in college. He worked in municipal government as a lifeguard. Mark later worked in the non-profit management industry as a Marketing Director and Grant Writer for the American Red Cross and higher education as a research project manager. He later worked as a professional development trainer and Grant Writer for Miami Dade College.
Since 1982, Mr. Paris has written $4.40 billion in successful grants on topics ranging from Advocacy to Zoology for clients in 44 US States/Territories and 36 nations. He possesses over 33 years of experience reviewing Proposals for funding sources. Mark is happily married since 2000 to Elizabeth, a professor of government, history, and political science at a Florida State College.

I was born in Silver Spring, Maryland, then moved to Utah, Arkansas, and on to Eastvale, California, for the remainder of my childhood. I have certifications in medical billing and coding and Infant and Toddler hours. Before becoming the business development coordinator for Anchor Global Management Consulting LLC, I worked as an administrative assistant with Family and Friends Healthcare Inc, where I acquired experience in attracting and retaining clients. I am also a full-time mom of two beautiful children.
